YouTube Channel Producer

SMM agency VINOU is looking for a YouTube channel producer for a home goods store. Salary 60,000-70,000 RUB net. Remote or hybrid in Moscow.

Produce content from idea to publication. Develop formats and segments, propose ideas for the channel. Turn ideas into clear concepts, synopses, and technical specifications. Work with contractors and organize shoots (responsible for locations, heroes, props, team, and timing). Control production and deadlines, monitor video packaging (titles, previews, first seconds, and descriptions). Participate in editing and final revision. Connect long and short formats. Conduct channel analytics: understand where and why videos lose viewers, formulate and test hypotheses for future episodes. Find patterns in successful and unsuccessful content, improve formats, topics, and channel packaging.

Experience launching a YouTube channel or individual formats from scratch. Portfolio with cases of growth in views, audience, and retention. Experience working with brands and producing various formats. Understanding how to adapt long content for Shorts. Own network of authors, directors, operators, editors, and other specialists. Important: we cannot consider candidates without YouTube experience.

Salary from 60,000 to 70,000 RUB net. Paid probation period of 3 months (within the salary range). Work schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00, one hour lunch break. Corporate lectures and compensation of up to 50% of training costs in your field. Remote work or flexible office presence at the Artplay design space (Kurskaya metro station).
