Hi! This is Mikhail, founder of HREcho.

If you're here, it means you also feel that something is wrong with modern job hunting. I created this project not because the market needed another "job board," but because I was tired of watching talented people drown in an ocean of soulless algorithms.

Why are we doing this?

We've all been through this: hours of cv edits, endless "we'll call you back" from bots, and a total lack of feedback. Job searching has turned into a battle with the machine (ATS), where a person is just a set of keywords.

At HREcho we decided to flip the script. We use technology not to filter people out, but to highlight their strengths and help them find "their" employers.
