I'm the founder of HREcho. If you're here, you probably feel something is off with job hunting too: hours of CV edits, hundreds of applications into the void and replies from bots.
I built HREcho not because the market needed another job board. I was tired of watching strong specialists get lost in ATS filters while recruiters drown in spam.
So we use technology the other way round: not to filter people out, but to highlight their strengths and give a direct line to the decision-makers.

We collect
Every day we read dozens of Telegram channels and chats with IT vacancies. AI filters out spam, structures each vacancy and translates it into Russian and English.
We help
A builder with PDF import, CV review, AI improvement and tailoring to a specific vacancy — so your CV passes filters and reads easily.
We connect
Every vacancy has the hiring person's contact. You write directly and track all applications, interviews and offers on one board.
What we believe in
Honesty
We don't promise an offer in one click. AI never invents experience, numbers or technologies — it only helps show what you already have.
No auto-applications
There are no carpet mailings and never will be. Every application is a deliberate human action, so recruiters don't block us.
Your data is yours
Your CV is used only for your own tasks. The account and all files are deleted in a couple of clicks from profile settings.
A free core
Search, filters, the CV builder and the application board are unlimited. Only what costs us money is limited — AI and contacts.
