Responsibilities: - Upload and promote long videos on YouTube; - Work properly with mid-roll ads while maintaining audience retention; - Analyze RPM, playback-based CPM, CTR, Watch Time, and viewer geography; - Work with Content ID and copyrights, resolve disputes, and reduce the risk of strikes; - Monitor Google/YouTube monetization restrictions and policies; - Improve retention and profitability of content.
