Senior Media Buyer (YouTube)

Seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer for a crypto prediction market project. Responsible for YouTube video integrations purchasing and leading a team.

In a crypto project in the prediction market, we are looking for an experienced specialist in purchasing video integrations on YouTube, who will purchase media placements themselves and lead a team of purchasing managers. We need a person who can find strong channels, negotiate aggressively, and take responsibility for their team's results. Responsibilities: - Search and selection of relevant YouTube channels (crypto, trading, betting and predictions, finance) - Conduct negotiations with bloggers and their managers - Negotiate better terms: cost reduction, bonus placements, additional formats - Monitor order fulfillment: publication deadlines, compliance with technical specifications, verification of conditions - Manage purchasing managers: task assignment, quality control of work and negotiations - Maintain tables and reports on channels, deals, and budget

- Confirmed experience in purchasing advertising on YouTube - Strong negotiation skills and ability to achieve discounts - Ability to distinguish quality channels from inflated ones - Experience managing a team or readiness to take control of a team - Independence, responsibility, result orientation Will be a plus: - Experience in purchasing in crypto/Web3 projects - Understanding of prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi, and similar) - Your own base of crypto bloggers and established contacts - Experience with channel analytics services (BuzzGuru, HypeAuditor, etc.)
