This Terms of Use applies to the HREcho browser extension, mobile app, web site and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using HREcho (browser extension, mobile app, web site or related services), you automatically agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using HREcho immediately.

• Who can use — adults only (18+).
• Purpose — assist individuals in their job search.
• Payments — we never see your card. Everything goes through App Store / Google Play / Other certified providers.
• Subscriptions — we may update prices or limits; changes usually apply to the next month.
• Misuse — break the rules, we can suspend your account.
• Updates — sometimes stuff may break when platforms change, we’ll try to fix it.
• Liability — you use it “as is.” We’re not responsible for any third-party outage.
• Law — Armenian law applies, courts in Yerevan handle disputes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using HREcho, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.

HREcho is designed for personal, non-commercial, and supportive purposes only. The Services enhance the job search and application process by providing an AI-driven resume builder with ATS-friendly templates, automated CV adaptation to specific job vacancies, and tools for discovering recruiter contacts and tracking applications.

We act as a technical facilitator between candidates and employers. HREcho is not a recruitment agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party job boards, corporate hiring portals, or specific employers. All trademarks, company names, and logos mentioned within the service belong to their respective owners.

To provide a centralized job-seeking experience, HREcho aggregates vacancy information from various publicly available sources, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. This process is conducted with respect for the technical integrity of source platforms.

Public Data Collection
HREcho only accesses and indexes data that is intended for public distribution by employers and recruiters. We do not circumvent access controls, bypass paywalls, or use unauthorized means to access private or restricted data. Our aggregation methods are designed to be non-intrusive and comply with standard web crawling ethics.

AI-Driven Enrichment and Transformation
The core value of HREcho lies in the transformative processing of raw data. Our AI models analyze aggregated descriptions to extract structured professional insights, such as required technologies, experience levels, and key responsibilities. This creates new, enriched content that serves educational and supportive purposes, falling under fair use principles.

Attribution and Links
HREcho respects the origin of the information. Where applicable, we provide direct links or contact details to help users reach the original source or the recruiter. We do not claim ownership of the original vacancy descriptions and acknowledge that all rights to the underlying content belong to the respective authors or platforms.

No Substitution of Primary Services
Our Service acts as an analytical overlay and search tool, not as a replacement for the primary platforms. By structuring and tailoring information specifically for the user’s resume, HREcho provides a unique utility that does not undermine the commercial value of the source job boards.

We are committed to maintaining a transparent aggregation process that supports the job market ecosystem while strictly adhering to intellectual property laws.

HREcho does not circumvent, alter, or bypass any technical protection measures, paywalls, or access restrictions used by job boards, professional networks, or social media platforms.

Public Data Access
HREcho aggregates only vacancy information that is publicly indexed and intended for open distribution. We do not access private accounts, internal company databases, or any content that requires unauthorized authentication. Our retrieval methods strictly follow the public-facing interfaces of the source platforms, acting similarly to how a standard search engine indexes the web.

Automated Retrieval and Integrity
When gathering vacancy details, HREcho interacts only with publicly accessible endpoints and standard web protocols. We do not modify the original data on the source platforms, nor do we attempt to bypass security systems or anti-bot mechanisms. The process is designed to ensure the technical integrity of the source services is maintained while providing users with organized career insights.

Any resumes, cover letters, or professional profiles you create, upload, or import into HREcho are processed solely for your personal career development and job search purposes.

Ownership and Control
You retain full ownership of all the professional data you provide. HREcho does not claim any intellectual property rights over your resume content. You have the right to modify, export, or delete your saved documents and personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support.

Usage of Data
To provide our core services, you grant HREcho permission to analyze your professional data using AI models to suggest adaptations, identify matching vacancies, and generate optimized versions of your documents. We do not sell your personal data to third-party recruiters or job boards without your explicit consent.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including employers, recruiters, or third-party platforms;
• Use automated systems (bots, spiders, or scrapers) to harvest data from HREcho for commercial purposes or to build competing databases;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the AI algorithms and technical infrastructure of the Services;
• Use the Services to generate and distribute spam, fraudulent job applications, or misleading professional materials;
• Resell access to HREcho or use it to provide commercial recruitment services for third parties without our prior written consent.

Any form of abuse, exploitation, or misuse of the Services — including but not limited to taking advantage of bugs, unfinished features, loopholes, technical glitches, or unintended behaviors of the AI models — is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if such abusive behavior is detected, including attempts to bypass system limits or automate interaction with recruiters in a way that violates their terms. No refunds will be provided in case of account suspension or termination due to abuse.

A premium subscription provides expanded access to professional tools, including AI-driven resume adaptation, unlimited vacancy tracking, and recruiter contact discovery. However, this does not grant unlimited or uncontrolled use of system resources.

If we detect unusual activity patterns — for example, excessive or automated requests far exceeding normal user behavior — we reserve the right to temporarily restrict, throttle, or suspend such activity. This is to protect the stability of the Services and ensure availability for all users.

Unusual activity may include, but is not limited to:

• Generating an excessive number of resume variations within a short timeframe;
• Automated scraping or mass-exporting of recruiter contact details;
• Scripted or bot-driven use of the AI adaptation engine;
• Any behavior that threatens service stability or infrastructure performance.

Such cases will be treated as abuse under these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify the terms, features, limits, and pricing of our premium subscriptions at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, changing the number of available AI-driven resume adaptations, limits on vacancy tracking, access to recruiter contact databases, or the availability of specific AI models used for processing.

Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. While we are not obligated to provide individual explanations for these changes, we strive to notify users of significant updates via the application interface or official communication channels.

We prioritize the security of your professional data. We do not collect personally identifiable information without your consent. For more details about how we handle your resume data, uploaded files, and account information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

HREcho interacts with external platforms, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and communication tools (such as Telegram) to aggregate vacancies and discover recruiter contacts. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, the availability of external job postings, or the behavior of recruiters on these platforms.

The core functionality of HREcho depends on third-party job boards, social networks, and external platforms. These platforms may update their systems, change data accessibility, or modify their structures without notice, which may temporarily affect aggregation or analysis features.

We provide best-effort support to maintain compatibility and restore access as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted operation with any specific external platform or recruitment site.

Subscriptions grant access to HREcho’s suite of professional tools (AI resume builder, adaptation engine, vacancy tracking, etc.) as a whole. Access is not tied to the uninterrupted availability or compatibility of any single third-party integration or specific vacancy source.

HREcho is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Telegram, or any other job board, social network, or recruitment service provider. All trademarks, logos, and brand names mentioned within the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification, reference, and descriptive purposes.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. All financial transactions are securely processed through the Apple App Store / Google Play Store / other certified services.

By purchasing a subscription through the Apple App Store / Google Play Store / other certified services, you authorize us to receive and process purchase-related metadata (such as subscription type, purchase date, renewal status, and transaction identifiers) from Apple / Google / other certified services via encrypted receipts and webhooks.

This information is strictly limited to non-sensitive purchase metadata and does not include your credit card information or banking details. We use this data only to verify your premium access to HREcho features, manage your subscription status, and comply with legal obligations such as accounting and tax reporting in the Republic of Armenia.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HREcho at any time and without prior notice, especially in the case of a violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or abuse of AI resources. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your saved resumes and vacancy history.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of HREcho at any time, temporarily or permanently, without liability to you. This includes, but is not limited to, changing the availability of specific vacancy sources, AI adaptation models, or resume templates. While we aim to provide service continuity, we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any specific feature, integration, or third-party data access.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. HREcho does not guarantee that using the Service will result in job offers, interviews, or any specific career outcome. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI-generated content, the validity of discovered recruiter contacts, or the uninterrupted availability of third-party vacancy data.

AI-driven adaptations and analysis are provided for supportive purposes only; the final responsibility for the accuracy and quality of professional materials lies solely with the user. Compatibility with external job boards and ATS systems may change at any time due to factors outside our control. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet all of your specific requirements.

While we strive to provide highly accurate, professional, and contextually relevant content, HREcho does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any AI-generated resume adaptations, cover letters, or vacancy analysis results.

AI-driven output may vary depending on the complexity of the job description, the quality of the source resume, the specific AI models used, and other technical or linguistic factors beyond our control. All AI-generated suggestions are provided on a best-effort basis and "as is".

You acknowledge that automated professional content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or inappropriate formatting. It is your sole responsibility to review, verify, and edit all materials before submitting them to potential employers. HREcho is a career-support tool, not a certified recruitment consultancy, and its outputs should not be treated as professional legal or career advice.

We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, hosting provider outages, or sudden technical changes made by third-party job boards and professional networks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HREcho and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including, but not limited to, loss of employment opportunities, loss of data, or professional reputation damage — arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.

In no event shall our total liability for all claims exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the last 12 months. This limitation applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal basis.

Service Delivery: Access to premium features is granted immediately upon confirmation of a successful transaction by the payment provider.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings (for direct payments) or through Apple App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Upon cancellation, access to premium features remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy: Generally, all payments are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical error or duplicate billing, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days. We will review your request within 7 business days. Refunds for In-App purchases are governed by Apple/Google policies.

Pricing: All prices are listed within the app and are subject to change. Price changes only take effect for new subscription periods; we will notify you of any changes in advance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, regardless of your country of residence or the location from which you access the Services. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

The provisions of these Terms relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and other provisions which by their nature should survive termination, shall remain in effect even after your account is terminated or you stop using the Services.

The section titles and headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the provisions herein.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HREcho regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our Services, technical updates, or legal requirements. Continued use of HREcho after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed.

The Services are provided by IE Mikhail Chuloshnikov, registered and located in Yerevan, Armenia (Agatangeghos 7, Kentron, 0010). For the purposes of applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable), IE Mikhail Chuloshnikov acts as the data controller of your personal professional information.

HREcho operates strictly within the boundaries of applicable copyright, professional ethics, and data protection laws. The platform processes only vacancy data and professional information that is publicly available or provided directly by the user.

Our automated aggregation tools replicate legitimate user interactions available through standard web interfaces and public APIs. HREcho never circumvents security measures, private access controls, or DRM protection on third-party platforms.

All data processing serves legitimate professional and educational purposes, helping users navigate the job market more efficiently through optimized document preparation and vacancy analysis.
