Senior Media Buyer for a crypto prediction market project: buy YouTube video integrations, lead a buying team, negotiate with bloggers.

Search and select relevant YouTube channels (crypto, trading, betting, finance). Negotiate with bloggers and their managers. Push for best terms: lower prices, bonus placements, extra formats. Monitor order execution: deadlines, compliance with briefs, verification. Manage a team of buying managers: distribute tasks, control quality. Maintain spreadsheets and reporting on channels, deals, and budget.

Proven experience buying YouTube ads. Strong negotiation skills, ability to get discounts. Ability to distinguish quality channels from inflated ones. Team management experience or readiness to take on a team. Independence, responsibility, result-oriented. Nice to have: experience in crypto/Web3 buying, understanding of prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi), own base of crypto bloggers, experience with channel analytics services (BuzzGuru, HypeAuditor).
