Video Creator / Video Maker (Full Cycle)

Video creator for IT company Kodik, producing vertical videos about tech, AI, and development. Salary from 120,000 RUB + KPI bonuses.

Produce about 20 vertical videos per month end-to-end: ideas, scripts, filming, editing, and publishing. Participate in creating 2–3 horizontal videos per month: guides, tutorials, and videos from corporate events. Manage content plan and crossposting to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and VK Clips. Turn news and trends from the AI world into viral videos. Analyze retention, completion rates, reach, and ER, improve content based on test results.

Confidently shoot on smartphone or camera and edit in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve. Have a sense of humor, good visual taste, and understanding of short video virality mechanics. Understand AI and development, know programmers' pains, memes, and industry context. Use neural networks for generating ideas, scripts, voiceovers, art, and graphics. Organize work independently, meet deadlines, and be metrics-driven. Have a strong portfolio of published vertical videos. Experience running a personal blog and working with AI video generators is a plus.
