Video creator for an AI product ecosystem in Moscow. Create 20 short vertical videos per month, full cycle from idea to publishing. Hybrid, full-time, salary from 120,000 RUB.

We are building an AI product ecosystem in Russia: AI code editor based on VS Code with access to world AI models, KodikShield for corporate security, and KodikRouter with unified API access to models. Responsibilities: - Create 20 vertical videos per month, full cycle: idea, script, shooting, editing, publishing (volume adjustable after first month) - Shoot horizontal video guides, tutorial videos, and events with the team (2-3 videos per month) - Shoot real people and office life: funny situations, character-driven storytelling (theme: AI and neural networks, delivered with humor and creativity) - Maintain content plan and cross-posting: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, VK Clips - Turn trends and news from the AI world into videos - Adjust content based on engagement metrics

Sense of humor and good taste: you understand, or at least can guess, why one video goes viral and another doesn't - Ability to shoot and edit: smartphone or camera, CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci - Immersed in AI: use neural networks, know memes and audience pain points, able to joke in a way that appeals to both insiders and beginners - Accelerate production with neural networks: ideas, scripts, voiceover, graphics - Work with analytics: retention, completion rates, ER, reach. Adjust content strategy based on test results - Autonomous: meet content plan and deadlines without supervision - Have a portfolio of short videos and links to publications (more important than any resume or experience) - Nice to have: your own channel in short format - Nice to have: experience with AI video tools and analogs from our product line

Hybrid, office in Moscow, full-time, salary from 120,000 RUB after taxes, possible KPI bonus for views.
