Kodik IT company seeks a full-cycle video creator for 20 vertical and 2-3 horizontal videos monthly, with hybrid work in Moscow, salary from 120,000 RUB + bonuses.

Responsibilities: - Produce about 20 vertical videos per month 'turnkey': idea, script, office filming with team, editing, and publication (volume adjusted after first month). - Participate in creating horizontal videos (2-3 per month): video guides, educational tutorials, and corporate event filming. - Manage content plan and establish systematic cross-posting: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, VK Clips. - Quickly turn news and trends from AI world into viral videos. - Analyze engagement metrics (retention, watch depth, reach, ER) and refine content based on test results.

Confirmed skill in mobile/camera shooting and confident editing (CapCut / Adobe Premiere / DaVinci Resolve). Developed sense of humor, visual savvy, and understanding of short video virality mechanics. Sincere involvement in AI and development topics: knowledge of programmers' pain points, context, and industry memes. Active use of neural networks in video production (idea, script, voiceover, art, and graphics generation). Autonomy, deadline adherence, and focus on numbers. A plus: running own short video blog and experience with AI video generators. Main requirement: strong portfolio of published vertical videos.
