SMM Creator / Reels Maker for Studio

Reelica, a B2B startup and AI-content studio, seeks a remote SMM Creator for its own reels. Salary 50-60k RUB.

We are looking for a person to create reels for the studio. Our audience is sellers and brands. What to do: • Analyze the market. • Write scripts based on formulas, hooks, and viral mechanics. • Create videos: generate with neural networks (we provide tools), and when needed, film yourself or set a brief for filming. • Calculate metrics and rely on numbers when planning content.

• You have made vertical videos for startups, IT products, or B2B services and can show cases. You can make both viral videos and videos that bring leads - you know when and why each content type is needed. • You write scripts yourself and can explain why a video worked, not just saying "it went viral / didn't". • You understand how AI video generation works and have already tried Seedance, HeyGen, or similar services. • You edit in CapCut or can edit using Claude. • You quickly learn new things.

Remote, 4–6 videos per week. Payment: 50-60k.
