Technical Recruiter

Technical Recruiter (remote, LatAm preferred, CET considered) for early-stage AI startups; full recruitment cycle, sourcing software engineering talent, building pipelines, partnering with founders.

We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help early-stage AI startups scale with top engineering talent across the US, Europe, and Latin America. What you'll do: • Manage the full recruitment cycle • Source and engage software engineering talent • Build strong candidate pipelines • Partner with founders and hiring managers

3+ years of technical recruiting experience Knowledge of software engineering roles Experience hiring in the US and LatAm Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and AI outreach tools Fluent English (C1/C2)

Remote LatAm preferred, CET considered
