Remote recruiter position with training, no experience needed. Income 60,000–80,000 RUB for beginners, up to 120,000 RUB+ with experience, plus bonuses per adapted candidate. Official employment, flexible schedule.

We are currently hiring a team of remote recruiters. Experience in recruiting is not required — we train from scratch. Responsibilities: search and accompany candidates for production and warehouse vacancies via WhatsApp, MAX, Telegram, and ready-made databases.

No prior experience required — training is provided.

Training; Ready-made work tools; Remote work; Flexible schedule; Official employment. Income: 60,000–80,000 RUB for beginners after training; with experience — 120,000 RUB+; for each adapted candidate — 6,000–17,000 RUB; from the second month, a salary of 30,000 RUB is possible.
