Recruiter

Recruiter for a non-profit organization, remote or hybrid work, Moscow time. Responsibilities include recruiting specialists and interns, working with universities and CRM.

Standard recruiter functionality with specifics of the organization's activities - creation and provision of workplaces for people with disabilities; recruiting rare experts and interns; working with additional sourcing channels; working with universities and colleges; working with CRM; collecting documents for candidate onboarding.

Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, preferably understanding of quota regulations; experience in recruiting is desirable, including mass hiring and working with universities; higher education and understanding that you will work with people with disabilities; readiness for a lot of communication; computer literacy; preferably understanding of the differences between NGOs and commercial companies.

Hybrid or remote schedule (Moscow time); the vacancy is quota-based, for people with disabilities; official employment under the Labor Code, part-time (0.5 FTE) is possible.
