Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment from junior to senior management positions in India, Europe, Dubai, China, and African countries. - Create and post job vacancies in Russian and English. - Conduct cold candidate search and analyze resumes for job requirements. - Conduct video interviews in Russian and English. - Organize meetings and video conferences with selected candidates. - Maintain recruitment reports. - Develop organizational structure.

Requirements: - Higher education in humanities. - Mandatory experience in international recruitment. - Spoken English at level C1 or higher. - Result-oriented, ability to set goals and complete tasks within deadlines. - Flexibility, high thinking speed, and readiness for a dynamic work pace.
