Support specialist in a digital marketing agency, fully remote, salary 50,000-70,000 RUB, full-time, 5/2 schedule.

Be the first point of contact for clients: promptly and competently resolve their requests; organize internal processes: coordinate task transfer from clients to other departments and back; maintain order in reporting: record all requests, decisions, and updates in our accounting systems; monitor timing and keep everyone informed: control deadlines for stages and inform teams about status.

Confident English: work will be 50/50 in Russian and English. Important is not perfect grammar, but the ability to quickly grasp the essence of a request and convey a solution; born for the digital environment: easily masters new services. Confident use of Google Docs, Telegram, and similar tools is your basic level; looking for full-time work with a 5/2 schedule; adheres to order and efficiency in everything: has increased attention to detail, can prioritize in a flow of tasks, and is responsible for their area; technically equipped: has a reliable laptop/PC and stable internet for work (working from a phone is impossible).
