Support Specialist in Crypto Service

Support specialist needed for an automated crypto exchange. Night shift (CET), salary 100 USDT.

We are developing an automated crypto exchange that already operates successfully on the international market. Most requests pass without operator involvement, so the number of support inquiries is minimal. We are looking for a person for night hours (CET) to be available, answer users, and assist in situations where client support is needed. Responsibilities: - Answer users in the Telegram chat and support system. - Help clients understand their exchange status. - Check information on requests. - Maintain calm and friendly communication.

- Proficient Russian language. - Ability to communicate calmly with people. - Responsibility and attentiveness. - Ability to use ChatGPT effectively. - Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies is a plus. - Having a computer and stable internet connection.

Shift from 00:00 to 08:00 Moscow time (night in Moscow and Europe, but daytime in your city). Full 8 hours must be covered. Currently there are no night requests, but we will switch to 24/7 soon, and night requests will start within one to two months. Suitable for those who value a calm format, can be available and react quickly when needed. Starting salary: 100 USDT.
