Support specialist for automated crypto exchange, night shift (CET), remote, salary 100 USDT.

We are developing an automated crypto exchange that already works successfully on the international market. Most requests pass without operator involvement, so the number of support requests is minimal. We are now looking for a person for night hours (by CET) who can be online, answer users and help in situations when a client needs support. What to do: - Answer users in Telegram chat and support system; - Help clients understand exchange status; - Check information on requests; - Maintain calm and friendly communication.

Fluent Russian; ability to communicate calmly; responsibility and attentiveness; ability to use ChatGPT properly; basic understanding of cryptocurrencies is a plus; computer and stable internet.

Shift from 00:00 to 08:00 Moscow time (night in Moscow and Europe, but day in your city). Must cover all 8 hours. Currently no night requests, but soon transitioning to 24/7, night requests will start within 1-2 months. Suitable for those who value a calm format. Salary at start: 100 USDT.
