Support Specialist / Chat Support (Remote)

JapanStat is looking for a full-time remote support specialist to assist users of their Japanese auto auction analytics platform. Salary from 40,000 RUB, schedule 2/2 from 15:00 to 23:00 (MSK+7).

JapanStat is a service for analytics and trading results on Japanese auto auctions. We are expanding our support team and looking for an attentive specialist to work with user requests. • Consult clients in online chat and help them understand the platform • Respond promptly to incoming messages and resolve issues • Record bugs and client wishes, pass them to development • Escalate non-standard and complex situations to relevant colleagues

• At least 1 year of experience in support (chat, email, or phone) • At least 1 year of remote work experience • Residing in time zone MSK+7 (Far East) • Ready to work schedule 2/2 (8-hour shifts; during vacation periods shifts may be up to 12 hours) • Fluent written language, discipline, and confident PC skills
