Technical Support Specialist (Junior)

Pulsea is an ecosystem for fitness businesses: clubs, studios, chains, and personal trainers. Clients and memberships, booking and schedules, a club mobile app under its brand, online payments and analytics, sales of sports nutrition, all on a single customer base. We are a young product team and are currently gathering people who will grow with the product. Responsibilities: • Handle technical inquiries from clubs and studios via Telegram, chat, and email • Investigate issues: why bookings don't work, payments fail, push notifications don't arrive, or memberships don't update in the app • Check club settings in the admin panel, reproduce errors, and collect data: steps, screenshots, logs • Create tasks for developers, track status, and inform the club when fixed • Assist clubs with setup: payments, app, client base migration, integrations • Maintain knowledge base and instructions for common issues

• Understanding of how websites and apps work: browser, cache, accounts, app versions • Methodical troubleshooting, not guesswork • Clear and competent writing, ability to explain complexity simply • Calm and polite even when a club has a rush evening booking • Attentiveness and persistence to resolve inquiries fully • No experience required—we will teach everything Nice to have: • Experience in support, helpdesk, or testing • Basic understanding of API and HTTP requests, experience with Postman • Ability to use browser DevTools • Basic SQL • Experience with issue trackers (Jira, YouTrack, or similar) or helpdesk systems • Familiarity with the fitness industry or CRM for clubs • Basic English
