Technical Support Specialist at RuSoft Shop — Remote

RuSoft Shop is looking for a remote Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with orders, installation, and activation of software. Salary from 40,000 RUB per month, full remote, 2/2 schedule.

RuSoft Shop is an online store for software, digital keys, and subscriptions. Your main tasks will be: - Responding to customers in chats and by email - Checking orders and helping with product delivery - Troubleshooting software installation and activation errors - Escalating complex issues to senior specialists with a clear description of the problem and steps taken

We are looking for someone who: - Confidently uses Windows and can install programs - Writes correctly and explains clearly - Handles upset customers calmly - Is detail-oriented, able to research information, and resolve issues - Is ready to work the specified schedule Experience in technical support and working with Windows/Office is a plus.

Payment from 40,000 RUB per month net. Fully remote work. Schedule 2/2, from 09:00 to 21:00 Moscow time.
