Part-time remote recruiter for Web3 team launching token projects. Focus on active sourcing of developers, marketers, designers, copywriters, and shillers. Salary $700/month plus bonuses.

We are a medium-sized team launching token projects: our own developers, design, marketing, MM. People are needed constantly for launches, so we are looking for a recruiter to take over the search. The task is active sourcing, not HR administration.

Junior+/Middle, at least six months of sourcing experience. High learnability: the field is niche, you will need to dive in quickly. Not afraid to write directly and able to do it in a way that gets responses. English B1 or higher. Accuracy in tables, self-discipline without reminders.

Remote, flexible schedule. Format: part-time, ~20 hours per week. Probation period 2 weeks at $350/month, then $700/month. $100–300 for each closed position, depending on the specialist's level and how they fit into the team. Bonuses for a high rate of closing quality employees. Payments in USDT once a month. Final decision on strong candidates is ours: you provide the flow and first filter.
