Responsibilities: - Recruit line staff for the retail chain: sales associates, baristas, hall assistants, and cooks. - Actively search for candidates, work with job posting platforms, and promptly process responses. - Conduct phone interviews and schedule candidates for interviews. - Interact with department heads and collect feedback. - Manage the recruitment funnel in Bitrix24 from first contact to trainee onboarding.

Requirements: - Experience in mass recruitment of line staff from 1 year. - Experience in recruiting for food service (restaurants, coffee shops, food service) is an advantage. - High response speed and self-discipline. - Systematic thinking and interest in analytics. - Readiness for active communication. - Ability to find opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions.
