Social Media and Digital Projects Manager

Social media and digital projects manager for Absolute-Help Charitable Foundation in Moscow, Russia. Full-time, on-site.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement content plans for social media (VK, Telegram); Write texts of various formats for social media and website; Create visual content in graphic editors (cards, covers); Shoot and edit video content for social media, engage external videographers; Interact with partners and charitable programs for regular content exchange, informational support, and joint projects; Analyze account statistics and report; Update social media profiles and website information.

Experience managing social media for an organization or brand on VK and Telegram for 2-3 years; Portfolio: links to accounts, examples of publications; Excellent writing skills in different formats: short posts, stories, announcements, website news, video annotations; Experience with Figma, CapCut (or similar); Basic skills in shooting and editing on a phone; Ability to read VK and Telegram statistics and see the connection between numbers and content; Experience with a CMS at an editor level; Experience setting up targeted advertising on VK.
