Manager for Social Media and Digital Projects

Manager for social media and digital projects at the Absolute-Help Charitable Foundation in Moscow. Duties include content plans, writing, design, video, analytics.

Responsibilities: — Development and implementation of a content plan for social networks (VK, TG); — Writing texts in various formats for posts on social media and the website; — Creating visual content in graphic editors (cards, covers); — Shooting and editing video content for social media, involving third-party videographers; — Interaction with partners and charity programs in terms of regular content exchange, information support, joint projects; — Analytics of account statistics, reporting; — Updating profiles on social media and information on the website.

— Experience in managing social media of an organization or brand on VKontakte and Telegram for 2–3 years; — Portfolio: links to accounts, examples of publications; — Ability to write grammatically correct and simple texts (various formats: short posts, stories, announcements, news for the website, video annotations); — Experience with Figma, CapCut (or similar); — Basic skills of shooting and editing on a phone; — Ability to read VK and Telegram statistics, see the connection between numbers and content; — Experience with the website via CMS at the editor level; — Experience in setting up targeted advertising on VK.
