Content Manager (Social Media)

AISTLab.AI is seeking a Content Manager to handle social media for an AI video platform. Remote, full-time, salary 100,000–120,000 RUB/month.

AISTLab.AI is an AI studio creating short films, series, and social media content using neural networks. Our channels are YouTube and Instagram. AIST Labs is our AI-video platform for brands, generating videos (Seedance 2.5), images, and voiceovers, with ready-made tools for social media and advertising. We are launching a content factory for marketing reels about AIST Labs: a scriptwriter, director, AI creators, editor, and motion designer produce several videos per week. We are looking for a content manager to run our social media: plan, publish, and ensure content goes out on time and gains reach. Responsibilities: - Manage AIST and AIST Labs social media: Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok. - Create a weekly and monthly content plan and ensure its execution. - Publish reels and posts: covers, descriptions, hashtags, timing. - Post test reels on Instagram: test videos on non-followers and move successful ones to the main feed. - Write texts for posts and stories, create stories yourself. - Collect finished videos from the content factory, remind the team about deadlines. - Respond to comments and messages, build the community. - Gather weekly statistics: views, retention, subscriptions, website clicks. - Draw conclusions for the team: what worked and what didn't. - Follow trends and competitors, suggest new formats and sections. Tasks are set by the AIST Labs marketing team.

Experience as a content manager or SMM for at least 1 year. - Managed accounts on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok with measurable results. - Knowledge of how reel and Shorts algorithms work: what affects reach and how to boost it. - Fluent and lively writing. - Organized: keeps content plan and deadlines, doesn't get lost with many tasks. - Able to read statistics and draw conclusions. - Knows reel and TikTok trends and constantly follows them. - Familiar with AI tools for video and images or willing to quickly learn them for work. - English preferably C1, but lower is acceptable: the platform is English-language. - Work according to Moscow time. Nice to have: - Experience with tech or AI products. - Experience managing English-language accounts. - Creates simple covers in Canva or Figma and edits in CapCut.

Payment: 100,000–120,000 RUB per month, in rubles or cryptocurrency. - Remote from anywhere in the world, work according to Moscow time. - Employment: full day. - Contract with self-employed or individual entrepreneur. - Access to the AIST Labs platform to know the product from the inside. - Work with the content factory team: videos for publication are made by the team, not by you.
