Senior PPC Specialist

GitNation is looking for a Senior PPC Specialist with strong analytical skills and community focus. Locations: Belarus, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Georgia, Serbia, Kazakhstan, etc. English B1+/B2. B2B/IP/incubator/self-employment.

GitNation organizes technical conferences since 2015: React Summit, JSNation, React Advanced London and others. We also create an internal platform for events and a content hub with media for software engineers, plus a subscription to remote conferences. Key tasks: - Strong decision making in advertising activities: independently determine priorities, choose approaches, and make decisions based on analytics and results. - Set up and improve PPC workflows: planning, task setting, results control, and interaction with the team. - Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on relevant platforms (channels are selected depending on the conference and target audience). - Manage advertising campaigns: planning, distribution, and control of the advertising budget. - Analyze landing pages, evaluate the effectiveness of paid and organic acquisition channels, prepare reports and recommendations. - Monitor landing pages and prepare recommendations for improving content, structure, and user experience to increase conversion. - Search for new partners and develop existing partnerships with communities and media (contact, send information, check effectiveness).

- Experience with Google Ads is required (experience with LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads and other advertising platforms will be a plus). - English: B1+/B2. - Experience launching advertising to an international audience (Europe, USA) is required. - Excellent analytical skills and desire to work with Community.
