Junior ASO Specialist

Matryoshka, a mobile games developer/publisher since 2018, seeks a Junior ASO Specialist. Salary €1100-1250 net, office in Novi Sad or remote worldwide.

Responsibilities: — Conduct A/B testing of graphical and textual elements of app pages in Google Play, App Store, and alternative stores. Analyze test results. — Launch events in App Store and Google Play, prepare and submit feature requests. Analyze results and evaluate effectiveness. — Collect semantic core and prepare metadata for major and alternative stores. — Create and update game pages in alternative stores: RuStore, Vivo, OPPO, Xiaomi, Steam, Microsoft Store, and others. — Analyze effectiveness of changes. — Participate in creative calls of the marketing department. — In the future: update ad units, set up apps in ad networks, manage social media per content plan.

Important: — Work with metadata and keywords: knowledge of metadata optimization, keyword selection, and cross-localization; understanding of A/B testing tools (Store Listing Experiments, Product Page Optimization). — Skills with ASO tools: AppTweak, ASOdesk, AppFollow, or analogs. — Up to 1.5 years of ASO experience. Also consider graduates of ASO courses without commercial experience. — Experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console or readiness to quickly learn. — Written English B1–B2: correspondence with stores and ad networks. — Confident work with Google Sheets and AI tools. — Accuracy and attention to detail. Will be a plus: — Experience in writing texts: philological or linguistic education, copywriting. — Experience with Steam and MS Store. — Familiarity with AppLovin MAX and ad network dashboards. — Interest in marketing beyond ASO, e.g., social media.
