Essential: 7+ years of engineering/operations experience (5+ years in DevOps); banking/financial services experience; experience with large-scale, high-availability distributed systems; CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD); Ansible automation; Docker/Podman; Kubernetes/OpenShift; Helm; Linux & Shell scripting; security automation, patch management & production support; networking fundamentals; Agile environment; English B2+. Nice to have: CI/CD for Data Engineering or Machine Learning pipelines; strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, IaC and 12-Factor App principles.
