Senior DevOps / VPN Infrastructure Engineer

Senior DevOps/Network Engineer needed to build a high-load VPN infrastructure from scratch. Salary: 250,000-450,000 RUB/month, remote, full-time.

Build a high-load VPN infrastructure from scratch with high speed, stability, and resistance to blocking. - Deployment and configuration of Remnawave, Xray, and VPN nodes - Ensure high speed, low ping, and stable operation - Develop solutions for VPN operation under RF blocking conditions - Configure load balancing, fault tolerance, and automatic server switching - Optimize routing and user distribution - Automate deployment, monitoring, and recovery - Integrate VPN infrastructure with a Telegram bot - Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment, and recovery

Advanced knowledge of Linux, Docker, TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, firewall, and routing. Deep understanding of Remnawave, Xray, VLESS, Reality, XHTTP. Practical experience building high-load VPN infrastructures. Experience diagnosing DPI and network restrictions of Russian operators. Understanding balancing, fault tolerance, and performance optimization. Experience automating server infrastructure. Ability to independently design architecture and take responsibility for results. Plus: experience with tens of thousands of simultaneous connections; knowledge of Hysteria2, TUIC, WireGuard; own technical solutions to increase availability and speed.
