Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer

Mining platform seeks Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer for full remote/hybrid/office work in EU, salary €1500-5000 net monthly.

We are a mining platform: ASICs, Stratum proxy, Miner Agent, event processing and analytics, client sites, accruals and payment services. Looking for an engineer to whom we can hand over daily product operations and incident management during the technical owner's absence. Responsibilities: • Maintain Linux, Kubernetes and services across multiple sites and environments. • Ensure availability of the ASIC → Miner Agent / gateway / Stratum → upstream path. Troubleshoot TCP session drops, authentication errors, rejected shares, and reduced effective hash rate. • Operate PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, RabbitMQ and background workers. • Support GitLab CI/CD, builds, migrations and safe rollbacks. • Maintain network, DNS, load balancing, VPN, TLS/mTLS, monitoring and alerts. • Verify backup and recovery, manage incidents and operational documentation.

• At least 5 years in DevOps/SRE/operations, personal responsibility for production and serious incident resolution. • Confident Linux, Kubernetes and network diagnostics, experience with long-lived TCP sessions. • Hands-on database and queue operations: replication, lag, locks, disks, redelivery and deduplication. • Real backup/restore experience, understanding of RPO/RTO. • Git, Docker/OCI, Ansible, Bash and Python, Prometheus/Grafana and centralized logging. • Independence in diagnostics, careful handling of access, data and financial operations. • Technical English and clear written communication in Russian. Will be a plus: Experience with ASIC and Stratum V1, RKE2, Cilium/Calico, CloudNativePG, Kafka and ClickHouse operators, bare metal and multiple cloud providers. Previous mining experience is an advantage; willingness to learn the protocol is mandatory.

Remote/hybrid/office work format. Full-time employment. Salary from €1500 net to €5000 net per month. Preferred location: EU.
