Recruiter (Targeted Search)

Recruiter for targeted search at FINAM JSC. Full recruitment cycle, 3-5 positions, direct search, CRM support. Remote, salary 20,000 RUB fixed + 100,000 RUB bonus per closed position.

Full cycle: research → screening → interview → offer → onboarding (together with HR). Simultaneously 3-5 positions (currently: office manager, sales manager, sales manager). Direct search (LinkedIn, Telegram chats, word of mouth). Support and development of CRM (Talentix) + clean analytics + talent pool. Weekly dashboard for the founder: funnel, cost-per-hire, risks. Building EVP and targeted offering.

Experience in personnel recruitment (sales managers for complex financial products, sales managers, CEOs) from 2 years. 30+ closed vacancies in investment/bank sales departments. Experience with CRM and direct search (hh, boolean, X-ray). Can demonstrate public figures of own KPIs for the last year. Able to conduct stress interviews and give feedback to the hiring manager 'in numbers'. Note: candidates need to be found for office (offline) in Ulyanovsk. Remote work. Payment: 20,000 RUB fixed part + KPI bonus 100,000 RUB for each closed position.
