Recruiter (Part-Time)

Part-time recruiter for IT company, salary 50,000-60,000 RUB, remote, flexible schedule, 3-4 hours/day.

We are actively growing and expanding the team. We are looking for specialists at Junior-Middle level, also there are vacancies in a subsidiary project. I am looking for a colleague in the recruitment team who will help me unload and can work quickly. Responsibilities: - Processing responses to vacancies (we work only on responses, without cold search); - Primary communication with candidates: correspondence and video calls; - Coordination of candidates with managers; - Scheduling interviews; - Daily reports on candidates.

Experience in recruiting from 6 months; Ability to work quickly and independently; Competent oral and written speech; Readiness to be in touch from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time.

Income 50,000-60,000 RUB net; Part-time employment: 3-4 hours per day; Flexible schedule: it doesn't matter when exactly you work, the main thing is to be in touch during working hours; Fully remote work; All platforms for searching and posting vacancies are provided; No micromanagement: only reports and a weekly call with the recruitment manager; Registration as self-employed or under civil law contract (alternative options possible); If interested, possible training as an IT recruiter or HR analyst; English speaking club optional.
