Recruiter (Mass Hiring)

IT recruitment role for mass hiring of janitorial staff. Remote, salary 60,000-90,000 RUB: 35,000 base + bonuses. Company: Systems of Service.

We are the company 'Systems of Service', we take care of the cleanliness of residential complexes and make yards, entrances and common areas well-groomed. We are looking for a results-driven recruiter who can find people and bring candidates to employment. Responsibilities: - Close about 6-8 vacancies per month. - Find candidates and process incoming responses. - Conduct telephone interviews. - Coordinate starts with facility managers. - Support candidates until their first working day.

Experience in mass hiring from 2 years. Experience hiring cleaners, janitors or other line personnel. Ability to independently organize search and work for results. Knowledge of the St. Petersburg labor market will be an advantage. We value not process for the sake of process, but real employee onboarding.
