Recruiter for hiring a system administrator

Remote, one-time project to hire a system administrator for an agricultural enterprise in Moscow region. Budget: 20,000 RUB per closed vacancy.

We are looking for a recruiter to close one vacancy: system administrator for an agricultural enterprise in Moscow region (Pushkinsky district, Elgidino). The search itself is fully remote. What needs to be done: post the vacancy and search in the HH resume database; conduct phone screening according to our checklist; send candidates with a short summary and coordinate interviews; guide the candidate until they start work.

Experience in recruiting such specialists and access to the HH resume database.

Remote, one-time project. Budget: 20,000 RUB per closed vacancy. Part of the payment after approval of the search plan, the rest after the candidate starts. If the candidate leaves within the first 1-2 months, a free replacement is required.
