Full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing to offer; candidate search via LinkedIn, Telegram and specialized communities; evaluation of affiliate expertise; managing pipeline and working with hiring managers; onboarding support.

2+ years of recruitment experience, including iGaming; understanding of affiliate direction, CPA / RevShare / Hybrid; experience in independent sourcing and evaluation; responsibility, systematic approach, autonomy; fluent Russian, English B1+.
