Recruiter (Mass Hiring)

Recruiter for mass hiring at Systems Service, remote, salary 60,000–90,000 RUB/month plus bonuses.

We are the company 'Systems Service', taking care of the cleanliness of residential complexes and making courtyards, entrances, and common spaces well-groomed. We are looking for a result-oriented recruiter who knows how to find people and bring candidates to employment. Tasks: — Close about 6-8 vacancies per month. — Search for candidates and process incoming applications. — Conduct phone interviews. — Coordinate candidate start dates with facility managers. — Support candidates until their first working day.

— At least 2 years of experience in mass hiring. — Experience hiring cleaners, janitors, or other line-level staff. — Ability to independently organize candidate search and work for results. — Knowledge of the St. Petersburg job market is a plus. — We value not the process for the process's sake, but real employee onboarding.

— Remote work. — Corporate mobile communication. — Paid resources for candidate search. — Income 60,000–90,000 RUB: base salary 35,000 RUB + bonuses for each employee who starts and stays. — Transparent motivation: the more quality hires, the higher the income.
