Recruiter / IT Recruiter with KPIs

Recruiter position at ETE company in Moscow, Russia. Salary: 100,000 - 120,000 RUB. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

— Search and attract candidates for open vacancies through various sources, on average 8–10 vacancies per month. — Compose and post job ads; process responses, maintain politeness index. — Conduct primary phone interviews with candidates according to scripts. — Analyze the labor market situation for vacancies. — Organize candidate meetings with managers. — Participate in interviews, assess candidates for job profile fit. — Prepare offers, check references. — Work with specialized universities. — Daily reporting on work efficiency. — Participate in onboarding (monitor probation period). — Support new employees on their first day (photos, company announcement).

— At least 1 year of similar work experience. — Well-spoken, grammatical speech. — Experience in competency-based interviews. — Experience with CRM systems is a plus. — Experience with Bitrix24 is a plus. — Higher education. — Proficiency in office computer applications.
