IT Recruiter

IT Recruiter at Aller Petfood. Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding staff, plus coordination with employment centers.

— Provide the company with personnel: search and select employees, organize onboarding and training. — Receive and process calls from candidates for open vacancies. — Conduct interviews and coordinate candidates with department heads. — Organize candidate flow for interviews. — Compile summary information and maintain a resume database. — Interact with the Population Employment Center. — Analyze reasons for dismissals and job refusals. — Maintain statistics and prepare reports on staff turnover, statistics, Employment Center, and 'Work of Russia' platform. — Maintain a candidate database. — Monitor and analyze personnel situation in departments. — Perform other supervisor's tasks.

— At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. — Knowledge and proficiency in personnel assessment methods. — Deep understanding of recruitment and assessment system principles. — Higher education. — Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. — Experience in HR administration is a plus.

Office in Kuzmolovsky settlement (St. Petersburg).
