Urgent search for a Recruiter/HR Manager for the furniture company "FURNITURE FOR PEOPLE" with 1 opening. Starting salary from 65,000 RUB (office) / 40,000 (remote), growth to HR Department Head in 9-12 months.

We are looking for a full-time recruiter ready to take over operational processes and grow to HR Department Head in a fast-growing company within 9-12 months. Initially: manage responses, schedule interviews, maintain tracking tables, communicate with candidates. We provide daily mentorship directly from the founder, clear training system with video instructions, growth to HR Head, partnership opportunity, friendly team, modern office in central Moscow near Design Zavod, Flacon, Khlebozavod, 10 minutes from metro.
