HR/Affiliate Recruiter

Urgently hiring an experienced HR/Affiliate Recruiter for a large iGaming project in Limassol, Cyprus. Must have iGaming experience and Tier 2/3 market knowledge.

Recruiting affiliates from specialists to Team Leads. Finding candidates for office and remote positions. Continuously sourcing new candidates and building a strong talent pool. Evaluating employee performance, tracking results and dynamics. Identifying underperforming employees and organizing replacements. Collaborating with hiring managers on candidate selection and evaluation. Managing onboarding and offboarding processes.

At least 2 years of HR experience. Experience recruiting affiliates and understanding Tier 2/3 markets. Knowledge of where to find relevant candidates and how to effectively fill vacancies, including complex geos. Ability to evaluate employee performance and make data-driven decisions. Working-level English. Must be currently located in Limassol, Cyprus. Must be ready to work from the office.

Office work only in Limassol. Relocation not considered. Remote and hybrid formats not considered. Urgent start required.
