HR / Affiliate Recruiter

Urgent vacancy for an experienced HR / Affiliate Recruiter in Limassol, Cyprus. Must have igaming experience and be ready to work from the office.

We are looking for an experienced and active HR specialist who can find strong affiliates, understands the specifics of Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets, and is ready to quickly strengthen the team in a large igaming project. Main tasks: - Recruiting affiliates - from regular specialists to Team Leads. - Finding candidates for office work in Cyprus and remote. - Constant search for new candidates and building a strong talent pool. - Evaluating employee performance, tracking results and work dynamics. - Timely identification of ineffective employees and organizing their replacement. - Interaction with hiring managers on candidate selection and evaluation. - Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

Experience in recruiting affiliates and understanding of Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets. Understanding where to find relevant candidates and how to effectively fill vacancies. Ability to evaluate employee performance and make decisions based on results. English at a working level. Already located in Cyprus, in Limassol. Ready to work directly from the office. Experience in igaming is mandatory - without it, we will not consider candidates.

Only office format in Limassol. Relocation is not considered. Remote and hybrid formats are not considered. We are looking for a person urgently - it is important to start work quickly!
