Recruiter (GPH contract)

Dynamic company seeks a recruiter for full-cycle hiring (specialists and managers) with remote work and occasional office visits. Contract under GPH with potential for permanent employment.

Due to active growth in hiring volumes, the company is expanding its recruitment team and invites a personnel selection specialist to join. Tasks: - Attracting personnel for open vacancies (specialists of various levels, managers): assessment, selection, analytics. - Closing linear personnel vacancies (mass and targeted selection). - Full-cycle recruitment: from search to candidate's start on site. - Active candidate search (Avito, hh, social networks, messengers, professional communities, etc.). - Processing incoming responses and cold calls, conducting interviews. - Screening and organizing meetings with hiring managers. - Monitoring employee start and adaptation.

Experience in recruitment from 1 year. Knowledge of recruitment technology. Strong negotiation skills, competent speech. Self-organization and self-discipline for work without constant supervision.

Format: remote work with periodic office visits, hybrid schedule possible. Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00. Negotiable motivation system (fixed + bonus for candidate's start or piece-rate payment).
