Recruiter (Affiliate Hiring) — iGaming

Recruiter for iGaming affiliate hiring, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking. Office in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time.

We are developing an international iGaming project and are looking for a strong Recruiter to take over the full cycle of working with Affiliate Managers and Affiliate Team Leads — from search and hiring to onboarding, performance evaluation, and decisions on further cooperation. Important: we consider candidates who already live in Cyprus and are ready to work from the office in Limassol. What you will do: Search and hiring: • Independently search for candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, iGaming communities, referrals, and your own network. • Recruit Affiliate Managers and Affiliate Team Leads both for staff and remote work. • Conduct initial interviews and assess the relevance of candidates' experience. • Evaluate not only positions in CVs but also concrete results, contributions, and real effectiveness. • Manage the full recruitment cycle: search → contact → interview → offer → start. Onboarding and adaptation: • Not just hand over hired employees to the team, but directly handle their onboarding. • Introduce newcomers to the team, processes, and work tools. • Monitor adaptation progress and stay in touch after they start. • Collect feedback and track how the person integrates into the workflow. Performance control: • After the employee starts, evaluate their effectiveness and fit with position expectations. • Understand who truly delivers results and has potential for long-term cooperation. • Timely identify employees who are not coping with tasks. • Initiate replacements and new searches when necessary. • Maintain a pool of passive candidates for quick replacements. Special focus — Tier 2 / Tier 3 GEO: We work mainly with Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, in particular: MENA, Africa, and other developing GEOs. Therefore, we especially value someone who has already recruited affiliate specialists in these markets. A big plus if you have: • Your own candidate database. • A network of contacts in MENA / Africa. • Understanding of these markets' specifics. • Experience in finding Affiliate Managers / Affiliate Team Leads from Tier 2 / Tier 3 GEOs.

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience. • Experience in iGaming / betting / casino. • Understanding of the affiliate direction. • Practical experience hiring affiliates in Tier 2 / Tier 3 GEOs. • Ability to assess candidates' real effectiveness. • Experience working with passive candidates. • Experience in onboarding and further support of employees. • English from B1. • Independence, systematic approach, and result orientation. • Mandatory condition: already located in Cyprus. Will be a plus: • Own contact base in iGaming affiliate. • Experience with MENA and African GEOs. • Participation in SiGMA / iGB and other industry events. • Deep understanding of the affiliate market.

• Full-time, office in Limassol. • Fixed part + bonus for each employee who successfully passes the probation period. • KPIs on funnel quality and hiring results. • The size of the fixed part, bonuses, and KPIs are discussed individually.
