Recruiter (Affiliate Hiring) - iGaming

Recruiter for iGaming project in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time, office-based. Recruiting Affiliate Managers and Team Leads. Fixed salary + bonuses.

We are developing an international iGaming project and are looking for a recruiter to handle the hiring of Affiliate Managers and Affiliate Team Leads - from independent candidate search to their onboarding and adaptation support. We need specialists who understand the affiliate direction, traffic economics, and iGaming specifics, and can find strong candidates and assess their real experience and results. What you will do: • Independently search for candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, specialized iGaming communities, and referrals. • Conduct initial interviews and assess: experience in affiliate; understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models; traffic sources; experience in attracting and developing partners. • Form candidate profiles and define selection criteria for specific positions. • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from first contact to offer and employee onboarding. • Organize interviews, collect feedback, and maintain communication with candidates at every stage. • Coordinate onboarding: introduce newcomers to the team and processes, arrange access and connection to work tools. • Collect feedback from new employees during the adaptation period. • Manage the hiring funnel, track search effectiveness, and build a database of potential candidates.

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, including hiring specialists in iGaming / betting / casino. • Understanding of the affiliate direction and specifics of Affiliate Managers and Affiliate Team Leads. • Ability to assess a candidate's concrete results, their personal role in achieving them, and fit for the position. • Experience in proactive search and attracting passive candidates. • Experience in organizing onboarding and supporting adaptation. • English from B1. • Independence, systematic approach, and ability to bring hiring to results. Will be a big plus: • Experience closing Affiliate Manager / Affiliate Team Lead positions. • Own network of contacts in iGaming affiliate. • Participation in industry conferences, including SiGMA and iGB.

• Full-time employment • Office work in Limassol • Fixed part + bonus for each hired employee who successfully passes the probation period. • Agreed KPIs on funnel quality and hiring results: relevant candidates passed to interviews; employees who start work. • The size of the fixed part, bonuses, and targets are discussed before the start of cooperation.
