Psychologist-Methodologist

Psychologist-methodologist at the Open Horizons Charitable Foundation. Moscow, hybrid format. Responsibilities include candidate selection, training development, and mentoring support.

Responsibilities: - Conduct selection and interviews with candidates for mentors; - Develop training and methodological materials for preparing mentors to work with mentees; - Support mentors and mentees during the mentoring process and help resolve difficult situations; - Conduct training, supervision, and intervision for program curators and tutors; - Develop and improve educational programs and practical materials for specialists working with teenagers.

Requirements: - Higher psychological education; - Experience working with teenagers from socially vulnerable categories, including orphans, foster children, and teenagers in difficult life situations; - Experience in developing educational programs and methodological materials for teenagers and adults; - Ability to conduct group sessions, trainings, and educational events; - Understanding of adolescent characteristics and our target audience.
