International product IT company in iGaming seeks T&D Manager/Business Trainer for office work in Limassol. Full-time, employment under Cyprus labor law.

International product IT company in iGaming is looking for a T&D Manager/Business Trainer. Responsibilities: • Design and launch training programs based on business needs • Work with internal and external experts, providers, and speakers • Conduct strategic and team sessions, workshops, team buildings, and facilitations • Develop the internal LMS, create courses, tests, and educational content

• Experience in companies with 500+ employees • Experience building and transforming a learning system • Skills in developing educational solutions and methodologies • Experience working with management teams • Knowledge of LMS and e-learning tools (iSpring, Articulate, etc.) • Ability to work as a business partner and translate requests into solutions
