Methodologist for Teacher Development

Beowulf School is looking for a methodologist for teacher development to build a support and professional growth system for English teachers.

• Launch teacher support programs: chats, digests, 1-on-1s and peer groups. • Conduct onboarding for new teachers and help them get up to speed. • Build a CPD system: workshops, peer observation, mentoring and CPD points. • Coordinate the development of a training program for teachers. • Conduct observations, provide developmental feedback, and support teachers in quality growth. • Efficiently coordinate teacher substitutions. • Organize a Bootcamp for teachers twice a year. • Collect and analyze metrics: retention, NPS and engagement.

Experience in teaching for at least 3 years, mentoring or coordinating teachers for at least 1 year, strong methodological background, and English level C1+.
