PSP Partnership Manager in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time, on-site. Offshore fintech role focused on building payment infrastructure for high-risk environments. Requires 4+ years in Payment Partnerships/Treasury in High-Risk Fintech, iGaming, or Digital Assets.

Company is looking for someone to be an architect of payment flows for an offshore-licensed structure, making them unstoppable. Responsibilities: Onboarding PSPs, acquirers, and EMIs with an appetite for high-risk (Seychelles, BVI, Cayman) Integrating LPM in emerging markets LATAM, Africa, SEA Crypto-fiat rails (USDT/USDC) as an alternative settlement path Smart routing: if one gateway fails, traffic instantly switches to another MID protection: chargebacks, acquirer audits, KYB for offshore structures

4+ years in Payment Partnerships / Treasury in High-Risk Fintech, iGaming or Digital Assets Experience with offshore regulators (FSA, FSC, VFSC, and similar) Managed volumes of $20M+ per month Knows how to talk to banks when they start freezing accounts
