Finance Manager (Fintech / PSP) in Limassol, Cyprus. Liquidity management and payment flow control in a fintech company. Salary €2,500 net.

We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for liquidity management and payment flow control in a fintech company. Responsibilities: • Management of daily liquidity (incoming / outgoing) • Balance control and ensuring operational activities • Working with PSP and payment providers • Control of commissions and settlement periods • Currency operations and planning • Reconciliation of balances with providers and clients • Interaction with Finance, AML, Compliance, Payment Ops

• Experience in fintech / PSP / payments from 1 year • Proficient Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) • Analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to make quick decisions • English - from Intermediate

• Office-based work in Limassol • Salary €2,500 net • Practical experience with real payment flows • Work in a fast-growing fintech project • Growth opportunities in payments & treasury
