Inwizo is looking for a Partnership Manager in the financial institutions sector. Remote work, Cyprus. Experience in PSP/payments/crypto/VASP is mandatory.

An international payment company operating in global markets and various business segments. The company develops payment infrastructure, acquiring, and alternative payment solutions, collaborates with merchants in different regions, and actively scales its business worldwide. Responsibilities: - Sourcing and onboarding: PSPs (acquirers, gateways), VASPs (crypto / on-off ramp), alternative payment methods (APMs) - Developing the partner network to increase approval rates - Negotiating terms for processing, commissions, and routing - Managing integrations in collaboration with Product and Tech teams - Optimizing payment flows (cascading, routing) - Analyzing partner performance (conversion, decline rate) - Participating in industry events (payments / crypto)

Mandatory: - 3+ years of experience in PSP / payments / crypto / VASP - Practical experience onboarding payment providers and alternative payment methods - Understanding of payment processing, routing / cascading, approval rate / conversion - Experience with high-risk processing - Existing contacts within PSP / crypto providers Will be a plus: - Experience in payment orchestration - Understanding of antifraud / risk scoring - Experience scaling payment solutions Candidates with only a banking background (without PSP / processing / APM experience) will not be considered.
